Sam and Beth were very quick to respond to my emails and inquiries and Beth tried to accommodate all of my requests with very short notice. The event run very smoothly and was a success. The attendees were very complimentary about the venue.



We, the Medinge Group, are a top-level non-for-profit think tank of brand professionals who aim to influence businesses to become more human and humane. We normally meet once or twice a year to exchange ideas, drawing in people from across Europe and the world. Our objective was therefore to meet in a venue that was not only easy to get to, but was bright and full of light to get our ideas really flowing.

When we found the Goldsmiths’ Centre, we knew it would be the perfect venue, as it was just a short 2 minute-walk from Farringdon tube station. Nestled on the top floor of the building, we chose the Agas Harding Conference Room – a space flooded with natural light from its two glass walls and offering a superb view onto a roof garden and the city in the distance. We also found out that the Goldsmiths’ Centre is a charity that supports young students to learn the skills of jewellery making and the allied trades, which is aligned with our philosophy.  

We had a great meeting and enjoyed the space and the service offered. We shall definitely return to the Centre the next time we have a meeting in London and look forward to working with the events team.



Beth and Sam were absolutely fantastic from start to finish - incredibly helpful and efficient which really helped with the smooth running of the event on the day.



The Goldsmith’s Centre provided us with a first-class meeting space, support and facilities for our global meeting. The room was light-filled, airy and very well set-up, everyone loved it! The Centre’s creative atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent catering and super café all made for a great event – we’ll be back!

A fantastic venue to hold a day of training for our members. The Goldsmiths’ Centre was able to accommodate all of our requests and really helped to make this event, which was the first of its kind, a success. The location is ideal and many of our delegates remarked on how good the food was. We’re already planning our next event with the Goldsmiths’ Centre.



We've been using the Goldsmiths’ Centre since 2014; with its Farringdon location and relaxed yet professional feel, it's the perfect place for our Future London Leaders programme. This bespoke career-development programme gives London’s most promising regeneration, housing and infrastructure professionals space to share best practice, develop innovative thinking and network with colleagues. Each cohort has about 15 people, and the Creative Base at the Goldsmiths’ Centre is ideal for workshops, with its ample daylight, high ceilings, and the period features from its time as a Victorian boarding school.

We also held an evening award ceremony in the Agas Harding Conference Room recently. The fabulous views and the opportunity to have a drink on the roof terrace lent an exclusive feel, supported by modern services, excellent catering and staff that is always friendly and ready to help, whether it's the Bench Café, facilities or events team.

Finally, as a not-for-profit serving London communities, it feels really good for Future of London to work with charities like the Centre, and to expose our audiences to the inspiring work that Goldsmiths' users and beneficiaries create.
